As part of the Alliance for Sustainable Development in Public Procurement (ASDPP), we have joined this letter welcoming the European Commission’s proposal for a Public Procurement Act while calling for stronger provisions on social and environmental criteria, access for social economy organisations and responsible subcontracting.
